Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms will vary between rate types. Please read the individual cancellation policy for your online booking.

For standard bookings, please cancel by 2:00 pm (Hotel Local Time) up to one day prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation or non-arrival fee equivalent to the first nights' accommodation and booked packages.

If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and will be required to pay to Bright Chalet the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid.
