The dish washer role is one that involves attending to the needs of the chefs, cooks and guests as required and directed in a polite and friendly manner.   

Core objectives include: Washing commercial restaurant equipment and service ware, Using commercial dishwasher safely and while following directions, Drying and putting away commercial restaurant equipment and service ware, Cleaning of kitchen surfaces and sinks, Collect dishes from a breakfast trolley to be washed, Ensure good standard of cleanliness and presentation.                       

Qualifications - None Required.                                                                  

Experience - None required. Relevant industry experience would be beneficial.

We are looking for front of house hospitality workers for our bar and restaurant, Leif & Co. Operating all year round, the restaurant and bar are open to guests from our hotel and the public.

As we have multiple positions, this could suit those looking for full time hours, or those looking for some casual weekend shifts (or anything in between).

Core objectives include: Welcoming and seating guests, taking food and beverage orders and delivering these orders to guests, preparing an variety of drinks from the bar, being passionate about delivering a high standard of service to different types of clientele, attend to all guest needs in a polite and cheerful manner, ensure good standard of cleanliness and presentation of restaurant.

The housekeeping role is one that involves the day-to-day cleaning or servicing for all guest room bookings and public spaces.

Core objectives include: thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and lounge rooms between guest stays and during stays when required, servicing of rooms during guest stays according to booking requirements, providing high level customer service to guests when any contact is required or made, providing a high level of discretion and respecting the privacy of all guests and using the service laundry to wash towels and other Bright Chalet owned linen.

Experience - None required. Relevant practical experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
